Rank holder in the LL.M degree examination From government law college Thiruvananthapuram. Joined School Of Indian Legal Thought as permanent faculty member in December 2001. Previously worked as visiting faculty in the National Institute of Personal Management (Tvm Chapter) and TKM college of management. She has also worked as fulltime faculty member at M S Ramaiah Law college Banglore and National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, Hyderabad. Worked as a senior researcher on a project on Implementation and Status of certain socio-economic rights in the southern states of India, sponsored by National Law School of India University, Banglore. Participated and member of the organizing committee of the Global Alliance for Justice Education inaugural conference and allied workshops held in Thiruvananthapuram from 8-17 December, 1999. Participated as a faculty member for human rights orientation workshop for school teachers where 150 school teachers from all over Kerala participated. Also held the post of assistant editor for the Kerala University journal of legal studies in the year 1997-98. She has ten years of teaching experience presently teaching Constitutional law and Human Rights law for both LL.B and LL.M students. She is also the editor of the journal of Indian legal thought, a journal published by the department annually, she was conferred the doctorate degree in March 2007 and also has publications to her credit
